Quality Assurance Analyst

Role: Quality Assurance Analyst, permanent full-time 

Due to the growth of our Charitable Operations department, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Learning and Development team. You will carry out quality assurance on our customer interactions and support employees in delivering a first-class service for our beneficiaries. You’ll champion a ‘quality first’ culture that engages employees in a continuous learning journey.

We’d love to hear from you if you have contact centre experience working in either a quality or compliance role.

MiDAS Transformation Lead

Role: MiDAS Transformation Lead, 12 month fixed term contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the partnership between Hampshire County Council, the Community Transport Association and ourselves to support the evolution of MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme), the leading training scheme for drivers and passenger assistants. We are looking for someone to lead the transformation of the training scheme with a vision to ultimately make it the leading platform for accessibility and disability awareness training across the transport sector as a whole. This would suit you if you have strong commercial and business acumen, developed business models and have previously worked on developing training schemes.
