Marketing Manager, External Communications

The Communications team at Motability are busy! We are currently looking for a strong Marketing Manager with a focus on external communications; the role provides plenty of challenges, projects and oversight of the external marketing activity, whilst managing a team of two. Knowledge and Information Specialist

Role: Knowledge and Information Specialist
Salary range: £25k - £29k

Due to growth of the Charity and a new demand on our Charitable Operations team, we are looking for a new team member! The Knowledge and Information Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining Charitable Operations knowledge and information sharing tools across a variety of mediums, including Knowledge Base, Intranet, email and information wallboards, and champion the benefits of effective knowledge sharing within Charitable Operations. You will need to be experienced in working in a contact centre environment, and be system savvy with the ability to translate complex data in to quality content.

Learning and Development Coach

Role: Learning and Development Coach
Salary range: £25k to £29k

A new opportunity has arisen in our Learning and Development team. We are looking for an experienced Coach to develop the capabilities, skills and competencies of staff within our Charitable Operations team. This role will support staff in delivering an excellent level of customer experience and be a champion of our values. You will be engaging with staff to support a continuous learning journey, focusing on a first-class service for our beneficiaries. We are looking for someone who has significant experience working in a contact centre environment, coaching and quality assurance.

Operations Manager

Role: Operations Manager

Salary range: £45k - £50k

Are you a systems focused Operations Manager with contact centre experience? We are interested in hearing from you!
This role ensures the effective day-to-day management of workloads, achievement of performance and service targets by our Charitable Operations’ Teams, and ensures we have the contact centre systems we need to deliver a high-quality service. The role manages four direct reports with a large team underneath. We have a number of exciting projects to get involved with, working closely with project managers and IT as well as initiating improvements within our Charitable Operations team.
